Rob was responsible for the wireless design and network engineering for fan access, the fan experience and ticketing for Superbowl LV hosted by Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida. He also provided onsite engineering support for Superbowl LV game day operations- the largest single day sporting event on the planet! Working in the role of Principal Wireless Engineer for a Fortune 500 phone company, Nova founder Rob VanDagna also has experience in the resort, hospitality, and MDU industries. He provided wireless network design and engineering support for clients such as the IHG Group(Holiday Inn and Resorts) and Marriott International, both of which consist of thousands of properties across the US.
Rob also has experience in providing value added Internet access to both property owners and tenants by designing distributed wireless networks for large scale apartment complexes and high rise buildings. Early in his career Rob participated in the build out and maintenance of the City of Philadelphia's first and largest Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP), serving a fifty square mile footprint in and around Philly that provided low cost Internet access to distressed communities.
